Gratitude at Every Meal

Our wonderful mountainous school. They have little in the way of material goods, but oh my, they have huge hearts! Before every meal……Gratitude is given to the universe, to society, to the nation and to the parents.

Who We Are

Adrien and Gary Amadeo, founders of Secret Santa Chinalive in Vancouver, Canada.

Our dream and mission has been realized with the help of our volunteers, whom we like to call, “Santa’s Helpers“; Jenny, Liobell, Lily and Yanxiao.

Thank you for your assistance and support.  Bless you all!

Secret Santa China has always been solely funded by ourselves, Adrien & Gary, with the occasional donation from friends, which we are so very grateful for.  As we draw closer to our retirement years, we are reaching out to you for help in order that we may continue our hands-on work with these poor school children.

It is important to note that individuals who help our cause do so on a volunteer basis.  No one related to Secret Santa China, including ourselves, takes a salary or receives other forms of payment. This means that EVERY penny goes to the kids.

Please help us with our next goal to introduce music into the school!

Secret Santa China does not send/donate cash.  Instead, we provide needed school items.  As little as $10 will buy a set of books for the school’s new Mandarin/English library or help add to their newly formed Science class.  All items are purchased from different sellers located within China.  By purchasing in this way, we help small business owners within the country, we are able to purchase more in China with our Canadian currency, and we avoid high shipping costs and custom fees.  Every one of the wonderful sellers we have purchased from have shown us kindness and their appreciation towards are project by discounting the price of their items – they have also included free shipping.  This greatly helps our humanitarian effort!

We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for anything you are able to spare.

Friendly Reminder:

as we are not a registered charitable foundation, we are unable to issue tax receipts.
